Follow five rules to become closer to your partner’s dog and your partner. If you treat her dog well she will know that you will treat her well.

Dogs make fantastic friends and loyal protectors. Having a dog in your life is an amazing experience; they give you love, affection, and honesty. You always know how your dog feels, the way it looks and acts. They cannot lie, unlike us humans. Once you own a dog, it quickly becomes your best friend; you take it everywhere with you. Sometimes having a dog is a substitute for having a partner.

Some women who own dogs are single, and they love their dogs like they would love their partners. They are more than happy to have a dog rather than a male partner in their life. There are dating sites that offer fitness dating, senior people dating as well as animal lover dating that bring together people who love animals. If you want to date someone who owns a dog, you’ll need to understand your partner’s dog so you can build a bond.

A dog holds a special place in most women’s hearts, so it is very important to be patient when you are dating a woman with a pet. One of the most important things you can do when you are with a woman who has a dog is to be friendly to that dog. You want the dog to be your friend. There is no doubt that the way to a woman’s heart is through her dog.

First rule: Be a friend to your partner’s dog

This is why you must be as friendly as possible to your girlfriend’s dog, make sure you stroke the dog, and you can even play with the dog. It is best to make sure your partner is OK with you playing with her dog. Many women who are single and have a dog can become jealous if someone else starts getting close to their dog. It is best to talk to her first and make sure she allows you to stroke and play with her dog.

Remember your partner’s dog will always want to protect her, so the way to put the dog at ease is to be gentle and friendly to your partner. This way your partner’s dog will understand that you are not an enemy, you are a friend and you will not harm anyone. Once the dog trusts you, you can get closer to your partner.

Second rule: Make your partner’s dog trust you

Once you get the trust of the dog you are halfway through the door. Another good idea is to offer to take your partner’s dog for walks. If you can take her dog on walks just the two of you this will be great. Even if your partner joins you, this is OK. But the ideal is to walk alone with the dog.

Walking with the dog is a great opportunity to build a bond with the dog. Eventually, the dog will begin to feel comfortable with you and slowly become your friend.

At this point, you are well established with the dog and you should both feel comfortable with each other.

Third rule: Take the dog for walks alone

At this point, your partner’s dog trusts you, and more than that it actually enjoys spending time with you. Now you should be able to stroke the dog as often as you want and your partner should feel happy, that you and the dog are friends.

Looking after your partner’s dog equals looking after your partner. If you have never had a pet, you will enjoy taking it for walks, playing with the dog, and keeping each other company.

Fourth rule: Feed the dog

The next stage is to ask your partner if you can feed the dog. This is an important step and will really bring you closer to the dog.

They say the person who feeds the dog will have a special place in the dog’s heart. A dog will always love and respect someone who feeds it.

You will notice that things have never been so good between you and your partner. You are communicating better than ever, you are more affectionate, you are in a much stronger position now you and the dog are comfortable. Everything is stronger now you and the dog are friends. Now there is a real family dynamic between you, your partner, and the dog. You are a family.

Fifth rule: Always be consistent

This is one of the most important things to remember. Now you and the dog are friends and are getting on well, you must keep it up.

You must be consistent with your relationship with the dog. Keep walking the dog. Keep feeding the dog, make sure you are playing with the dog.

All of these steps are important only if you are consistent with them. Now you and your partner are in a strong relationship you must not forget what got you to this stage. It was hard work and effort.

It may have been difficult getting to this stage but staying there is even more of a challenge. Now you are in a great relationship with both your partner and your partner’s dog you will not want to lose that. Remember what you have and how good things are for you, and you will not get lazy and move backward.

Conclusion

When you come into a dog owner’s life, you must respect the relationship she has with her dog. This is why it is so important to take these steps to get closer to both your partner and her dog.

The way to a woman’s heart is through her dog, and once she sees that you are good to her dog her heart will melt. If you treat her dog well she will know that you will treat her well.

Once the dog trusts you it will make it easier to build a stronger bond with your partner. A happy partner means a happy life. In this case, a happy dog makes for a happy partner which makes for a happy life.

So these are the rules you need to follow if you want to become closer to your partner’s dog and closer to your partner.
