If you’re like most puppy owners, you’re going to have to clean up a few messes along the way. Cleaning up after your new puppy is a lot less fun than cleaning up after your new puppy.

But it’s essential to deal with the messes now, so you’re not on your hands and knees with a toilet brush in 18 months.

You can use several different methods to clean up after your new pup. Most of them are pretty simple and can be done with just a few household items.

Let’s go over some of the most popular ways to clean up after your new puppy.

1. Paper towels

This is probably one of the easiest ways to clean up after your new puppy. A puppy’s first few days in your home are going to be very messy.

You’re going to make some mistakes, and your puppy is going to make some mistakes.

If you’re going to clean up after your new puppy, you’re going to need paper towels.

Grab a roll of paper towels and keep them nearby. As soon as your puppy has an accident, you can quickly clean it up with paper towels.

This method will cost you a bit of money, but it’s one of the easiest ways to clean up after your new puppy.

2. A sponge

A sponge is one of the most common tools to clean up after your new puppy.

It’s cheap, it’s easy to find, and it’s a great way to clean up after your new puppy.

A sponge is perfect for cleaning up liquid messes. It won’t work so well on solid messes.

If your puppy is going potty on a carpet or a couch, you’ll probably want to use a paper towel.

But if your puppy has an accident on the floor, you can use a sponge to clean it up.

3. A carpet cleaner

Yes, you read that right. If you’re going to clean up after your new puppy, you’re going to want to look into good-quality carpet cleaners.

The best way to clean up after your new puppy is by using a carpet cleaner; it can work on multiple surfaces. It will provide a deep clean to carpets, rugs, and some even work on your fabric furnishings.

As soon as your puppy has an accident, you can quickly clean it up with the carpet cleaner to avoid stains and smells.

4. A clean towel

A clean towel is another great way to clean up after your new puppy. If your puppy has an accident on the floor, a clean towel will work much better than a sponge.

If you’re going to clean up after your new puppy, you’re going to need a clean towel.

As soon as your puppy has an accident, you can grab a clean towel. Wipe up the mess, and put the towel in the wash. Doing this will make cleanup a breeze.

5. Puppy pads

Although puppy pads aren’t a way to clean up after your puppy, they help you avoid messes. They are a relatively new product that you can use to clean up after your new puppy, but they are trendy.

They’re a pee pad that you can put on the floor in the corner. You can’t use puppy pads to clean up a solid mess, but if your puppy has an accident on the floor, puppy pads will work perfectly.
