Select the right dog breed according to your personality by determining the size, energy level, intelligence level, bark level, and friendliness level.

While getting a pet is exciting and thrilling, it is also a very sensitive thing to do. If your pet doesn’t match your personality, then it’ll put both you and your pet in a lot of trouble, and you’ll both have difficulties in getting along. Therefore, you must know everything about the dog breed you are going to choose so that you can make an informed choice. Woof Bark Growl can help you in giving you all the knowledge that you need about various dog breeds.

Here are some of the things you need to analyze before selecting a dog breed for yourself:

First things first – Know the size that you want

Believe it or not, but the size of the dog is significant when it comes to compatibility between the dog dad and the dog. You should work out to understand what kind of person you are and what is your living arrangement. A big dog will need a lot of space in your house, and if you don’t like that, it may be a problem for you. Similarly, if you want a dog that is big and you don’t want to carry them in your arms, then a small dog might not be the right choice for you.

How much you are willing to give – The energy level

Every human being is different from one another. Some of you are naturally very energetic and want this energy to reflect on everything around you. However, some people are not very quick and have natural lazy tendencies. Therefore, you need to check the energy levels of the dog you are going to get. If you are a lazy person, then getting a fur baby that is always excited is not a great idea.

What intrigues you the most – Intelligence levels

Different dog breeds possess different intelligence levels. You need to make sure that you understand this and then get a dog that you think is the best fit for you. Having an extraordinary intelligent dog means that you have to work to make them learn new things. So, if you can’t do that, you must search for the right dog for you that matches your criteria of intelligence levels.

How much you like quiet  – Vocals

Different paw babies have distinct vocals. Some are very loud, and some are a little quiet and don’t make much noise. Again, nobody can decide except you that what kind of breed you need. However, you must keep this parameter in mind before getting the right dog for yourself.

How much do you want to be involved – Family-friendly

Naturally, some dogs are very family-friendly, and some have a quiet, reserved personality. So, you need to make sure that you get the dog that suits your personality. For example, if you have a family, then you might want to get a dog that is family-friendly and is quick in making new friends. However, if you live alone and you don’t prefer much socialization, then a dog with a reserved personality might be an excellent option for you.

The bottom line is that no matter what type of personality you have, there is a dog out there that can fit in your requirements. All you have to do is research for it.
